The Baltimore Whiskey Company’s rye whiskey at 2.5 months old is already a beautiful amber/straw color, with a bodacious sweetness, and a dose of pumpernickel bread on the nose. She is young though, and still has a little too much of the raw moonshine qualities about her. She won’t debut to the world until at least 2018 when she’ll be a Straight Rye Whiskey.Read More
